Bob at blue ribbon flooring is the man! Great customer service and professional. He was able to start our floors within a week of me choosing him for my floors. Anytime I had a question I would text him and he would reply very quickly. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. He kept me in the loop with phones calls. His employees were respectful and courteous to my home. They never left a mess, they made sure my front and back door was locked everyday without me having to remind them. On top of that my floors look amazing!
We cannot say enough good things about Blue Ribbon Flooring. They showed up on the day they said and were even early. The communication about what to expect was clear and the floors are really beautiful., exceeded our expectations. We have some original 1949 floors that had not had anything done to them at all and they look brand new. And I was shocked at how little dust was generated with all the sanding, I expected much worse. I would have Bob and his crew do work for me again with no hesitation. The crew did very difficult and backbreaking work with a good attitude and incredible competence. Great company.
Blue Ribbon employees did an outstanding job and I am really impressed with the results, which are beyond my expectations. My hardwood floor had lots of dog scratches, and after it was treated by Blue Ribbon, it looks like brand new. Bob was very professional, pleasant and explained everything very well.
